For non-emergency services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any deposit. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for a refund. For emergency services, fees are non-refundable once dispatched.
